Ceramic Capacitor Application: Non-Wire Phone Charger

NP0 capacitor is a kind of ceramic capacitor, which belongs to class I ceramic capacitor. It has temperature compensation characteristics, low dielectric loss and high temperature stability. Its working environment temperature is -55℃~ 125℃. In this environment, the capacitance change of the NPO capacitor is small, so it is called a temperature compensation capacitor. It is suitable for oscillators, resonant circuits, high frequency circuits, and other circuits that require low loss and stable capacitance, or for temperature compensation.
The NP0 capacitor is connected in series with the transmitter coil inside the wireless charger to match the transmitter coil to generate an alternating electromagnetic field that can be accepted by the receiver.
The NP0 capacitor is small in size and does not take up space, and is suitable for use in products with high volume requirements such as wireless charging. The characteristics of low dielectric loss, high temperature stability, good working performance can improve wireless charging efficiency, reduce energy loss and wireless charging and heating.
With the wireless charging, it is much more convenient to charge the smartphone. You don’t need to spend time looking for the charging cable to plug in the mobile phone. You can charge the mobile phone directly on the wireless charger.
